KL-18 is a hot melt adhesive modified with special resins, applicable for coating PET, PVC and PEI. It has no surface tack at room temperature and produces firm adhesion when pressed under high heat.

Operating Steps
PU Glue High Transparent Liquid Hot Melt Bonding Adhesive
  • 1.Thoroughly clean substrate surfaces to rid them of dust, grease and dirt.
    2. Lay the adhesive on substrates via coating, screen printing or spray application.
    3. Subject items to baking at 90-110°C for 1-2 minutes to drive off solvents and moisture.
    4. A: Cool with chill rollers and attach release film, market or laminate within six months.
    B: Conduct hot compression bonding at 100-170°C for 1 min, then cure at 175°C for 40 mins or 50-60°C for 24 hours.
    5. Perform all necessary tests after a 24-hour settling period.
