Operating Steps
Thermoset Glue Anti-aging Double 85 Durable Adhesive
  • Eliminate dust, oil and impurities thoroughly from substrate surfaces.
  • Deposit adhesive on substrates with coating, printing or spraying techniques.
  • Keep baked goods at 90-110°C for 1-2 minutes to evaporate excess solvents and dampness.
  • Flow A: Cool with cooling rollers, stick release film, usable within six months.

    Flow B: Hot press for 1 minute within 100-170°C, then proceed with scheduled curing process.
  • Finish all matching tests after one-day static placement.
