KL-25 Liquid Hot Melt Lamination Adhesive

Solvent-based modified hot melt KL-25 contains a blend of specialty resins and mixed solvents. It has a clear, colorless appearance and a thick liquid consistency. One of its key features is full crystallization after heat activation and maturation. Coat directly onto nylon or polyester fabric, press at 160°C for 5–10 seconds to bond TPU/PU, then cure at 40–50°C for 24 hours. The crystalline structure enables excellent resistance to water and dry cleaning. The glue offers initial tack at room temperature, making it easy to handle before final lamination. Packaged in 3kg, 15kg cans, or 180kg drums. Store in cool, ventilated conditions.

Processing


1. Roller coating allows for adjustment of the coating thickness according to actual needs.
2. This product is activated and bonded by hot pressing at 160℃ for 5-10 seconds. It needs to be aged
at 40-50℃ for 24 hours. After complete crystallization, it can withstand water washing and dry cleaning.
For projects requiring high temperature resistance, KL-003 can be used in combination.
