SAE 100 R7 Thermoplastic Hydraulic Hose:
SAE 100R7 is a thermoplastic elastomer hydraulic hose used for medium-pressure applications. It is typically used to convey petroleum-based fluids, water-based fluids, liquefied petroleum gas, fuels, and liquid transfer in low to medium-pressure hydraulic systems. It applies to various industries such as construction, mining, agriculture, shipbuilding, machinery, automotive, and aerospace. Due to its good chemical stability and wear resistance, SAE 100R7 is also commonly used for hydraulic transmission in high-temperature environments.

FEATURES:
1. The resin hose is made of special synthetic rubber, which has excellent oil resistance, heat resistance and aging resistance.
2. The resin hose has high pressure and excellent pulse performance.
3.The tube body is tightly combined, soft in use, and small in deformation under pressure.
4. Resin hose has excellent bending resistance and fatigue resistance.
5. The length of the steel wire wound resin hose is 20 meters, and it can be made within 50 meters according to the requirements.

CONSTRUCTION:
This hose shall consist of a thermoplastic inner tube, and a layer of synthetic fiber reinforcement, and a hydraulic fluid and weather resistant thermoplastic cover.

APPLICATIONS:
This section covers hose for use with petroleum base hydraulic fluids within a temperature range of -40℃～ +93℃.
Medium pressure hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Meets or exceeds SAE 100R7 requirements. For pneumatic or gaseous systems, use perforated (pin-pricked) hose.
