This is a 3-part carbonless security envelope, custom-printed for use as a confidential brand delivery card. It is designed for pin-feed (dot-matrix) printers and combines the function of a multi-part record form with a self-contained, sealed confidentiality envelope.

Key Features

Triplicate carbonless construction — A single handwriting or printer impression transfers to all three plies, producing one original and two copies without ink ribbons or messy carbon paper. The three copies can be distributed to the issuer, the cardholder/recipient, and an archive.

Continuous-feed format with sprocket holes — Perforated tractor-feed holes run along both edges, allowing the form to be loaded and printed automatically in high-volume passbook, fuel-card, or banking operations.

"PRIVATE & CONFIDENTIAL" marking — Bold confidentiality branding is printed on the face, signaling that the enclosed card and recipient details must be handled on a need-to-know basis.

Anti-counterfeiting guilloche / mesh background — The fine repeating dot-and-line security pattern (visible across the face and fully covering the reverse) acts as a deterrent against tampering, photocopy forgery, and alteration.

Integrated envelope structure — The form folds and seals into its own mailing/collection envelope, eliminating separate envelopes and keeping sensitive details enclosed until the recipient opens it.

Custom artwork — Pre-printed layout includes an Africa-region silhouette, rocket/shuttle edge icons, a "ready for collection" notice box, recipient/address fields, and an "Important" instruction panel telling the customer to inspect the card at the time of delivery.

Typical Application

Used by brand fuel-card / payment-card issuers for secure, auditable dispatch and collection of cards: the issuing branch keeps one copy, the delivery/logistics copy travels with the envelope, and the customer retains the confirmation.
