To meet the evolving demands of the emerging high-speed general aviation sector, we have launched turbofan engines in the 2.5-3-ton class.
The TF30 is a medium bypass ratio, dual-spool turbofan engine. It consists of a single-stage fan, a combined compressor (4 axial stages plus 1 centrifugal stage), annular combustor, 2-stage high-pressure turbine, 3-stage low-pressure turbine, exhaust mixer, convergent exhaust nozzle, as well as air systems, fuel systems, lubricating oil systems, and starting systems. Additionally, it adopts a dual-redundancy Full-Authority Digital Electronic Control (FADEC) system.
This engine incorporates full 3D aerodynamic simulation technology and single-crystal turbine blade materials, featuring a mature overall architecture and simple structure. Its high-pressure ratio and medium bypass ratio design balance thrust and cruise specific fuel consumption. The combined compressor delivers high compression efficiency and a wide operating range. With medium cycle parameters, it enhances the reliability of hot-section components, while offering excellent economic benefits and cost advantages.
