TurboProp Engine
GTP800 and GTP1600 are constant-speed variable-pitch turboprop engines, consisting of an engine and a matching propeller. The GTP800 adopts a front-output layout, while the GTP1600 adopts a rear-output layout. The engine is primarily composed of centrifugal compressor, reverse-flow annular combustor, gas turbine, free power turbine, reduction gearbox, propeller, control system, fuel system, and lubrication system. All of these components are controlled by an integrated propeller and fully authority digital control system.
Product Advantages
GTP 800
- High design pressure ratio, low fuel consumption
- Adoption of a single-stage high-pressure ratio centrifugal compressor with high distortion tolerance and a wide operating range
- Adoption of a front output layout, compact structure
GTP 1600
- High design pressure ratio, low fuel consumption
- Adoption of a two-stage centrifugal compressor with high distortion tolerance and wide operating range
- Adoption of moderate cycle parameters, reducing component costs and improving the reliability of hot section components, with good economic and cost advantages
- Adoption of a rear output layout, simple structure, and high mechanical efficiency
Application Scenarios
Applied to general aviation aircraft such as small manned aircraft, agricultural planes, cargo planes and other aviation applications.
