Hot air tangentially enters the dryer’s bottom chamber to generate a strong swirling airflow powered by the built-in agitator. Paste feedstock is conveyed into the unit via a screw feeder; high-speed stirring blades disintegrate the material through intense impact, friction and shearing action. Agglomerated lumps get fragmented immediately to achieve full contact with hot air for rapid dehydration. Dried fine particles rise upward along the hot air flow. A built-in classifying ring intercepts oversized granules, while eligible fine powder passes through the ring’s central outlet and is recovered by cyclone separators and bag dust collectors. Particles insufficiently dried are thrown toward the cylinder wall by centrifugal force and re-crushed for secondary drying.
