Cathode absorption sealed maintenance-free VRLA battery consists of ABS case, grid type plate, AGM separator and electrolyte.

- Excellent Over-discharge Tolerance: Adopting dedicated ultra-fine glass fiber separators with high porosity and high wet-elasticity, combining with tight assembling technology, the battery has a high tolerance for super over-discharge.
- Super Cycling Ability: Special gel electrolyte additives, curing process at high temperature and high humidity are employed to delay the softening of active material, therefore the deep cycle endurance is improved up to 50%.
- Stable Consistency: Precise, quantitative, low temperature, vacuum acid filling method, advanced and environmentally friendly container formation technics ensures battery stable consistency.
- Large Current Discharge Performance: Small plate distance and high pressure tight assembly of plate group could enhance the ability of large current discharge performance.
- Safety and Reliability: Patented terminal sealing construction and the curing process of the adhesive at high temperature ensure no acid leakage from the roots of terminals.
- Maintenance-free: Due to dry-type design, gas produced from the battery internal system would all recombine and form into water, eliminating the need for filling water.
- Various Installation Types: The special AGM separators can absorb the electrolyte, allowing both vertical and horizontal mounting positions.
