12V series VRLA deep cycle batteries are produced through internationally advanced technology and modern equipment. The positive plate uses high-tin alloy grids with strong corrosion resistance. The float charging life can reach more than 5 years.

Excellent Over-discharge Tolerance
Adopting dedicated ultra-fine glass fiber separators with high porosity and high wet-elasticity, combined with tight assembling technology, the battery has high tolerance for super over-discharge. After 5 times of over-discharges causing short circuit, battery tolerance restoration can reach more than 95%.

Super Cycling Ability
Special gel electrolyte additives, curing process at high temperature and high humidity delay the softening of active material, improving deep cycle endurance up to 50%, especially the anti-passivation capacity of positive plates during reaction.

Stable Consistency
Precise, quantitative, low temperature, vacuum acid filling method and advanced environmentally friendly container formation technics ensure battery stable consistency.

Large Current Discharge Performance
Small plate distance and high pressure tight assembly of plate group enhance the ability of large current discharge performance.

Safety and Reliability
Patented terminal sealing construction and curing process of the adhesive at high temperature ensure no acid leakage from the roots of terminals, ensuring safe and reliable operation.

Maintenance-free
Due to dry-type design, gas produced from the battery internal system recombines and forms into water. The VRLA battery doesn't need filling water to achieve maintenance-free operation.

Various Installation Types
The special AGM separators absorb the electrolyte, eliminating free acid inside the battery, allowing both vertical and horizontal mounting positions.
