Leadsun series rock wool wired-mesh mat is made by sewing rock wool mat with galvanized or stainless steel mesh, which is easy to construct, and suitable for thermal insulation, fire prevention, and sound absorption of large storage tanks, boilers, and large-diameter pipelines. It can be laminated wih aluminium glass cloth. We provide low chlorine products.
Rock wool products is base on superior melted basalt as the main raw material, through centrifuge system of four-roller cotton process which pulls melted basaltic rockwool into a 4 ~ 7μm non continuous fibers followed by adding a certain amount of binder,dust laying oil, water repellent before settlement folding, curing, cutting and other processes, and then made into the productsof different density depending on purpose of usage like blanket or board or pipe etc shapes .meanwhile it can be non-faced or faced with wire mesh. This material using in construction.Petroleum, electric power, chemical industry equipment’s thermal insulation and Building partition wall, curtain wall, roof and building envelope thermal insulation
Features
Industrial thermal insulation rock wool felt is specifically designed for industrial insulation applications. It features
high-temperature resistance, strong corrosion resistance, stable chemical properties, and excellent sound absorption and noise
reduction performance. Its fire resistance rating reaches A1 class.
Products can be manufactured as hydrophobic or low-chlorine types upon request. Surface-facing materials such as aluminum foil
fiberglass cloth (ALGC) can also be applied as needed.
Note:
* Standard product width include 24" and 48" (600mm and 1200mm)
** Thickness may vary by request location. Suggest use two layers half thickness to instead when thickness more than 200mm.
*** Standard product lengths include 10' and 16'(3m and 5m),other lengths can be customized.
