The Better 1200R2 Vertical LSR Injection Molding Machine is purpose-built to master the demanding production of heat-resistant silicone scrapers. Producing a perfect scraper is a study in contradiction: the blade must be whisper-thin (0.8-1.2mm) and supremely flexible to hug the curvature of a mixing bowl, yet the handle must be solid, ergonomic, and comfortable to grip during prolonged whisking or folding. Our machine resolves this geometrical paradox through advanced process control and specialized screw design.
