The Better 1200R2 Vertical LSR Injection Molding Machine is purpose-engineered to master the demanding production of baby feeding bottle nipples. Unlike standard silicone parts, a nipple is a functional assembly: it must deliver a soft, natural feel for the baby, maintain structural integrity during vigorous sucking, incorporate a precision vent to prevent colic (air ingestion), and consistently pass rigorous food-contact safety tests. This machine delivers all of this with micron-level precision and industrial-scale efficiency.
