JC Rapid( Mold Shop BU) has its own work shops , such as CNC , EDM , WEDM, Milling & Drilling Area and Assembling Area . Including offices ,

inspection rooms and injection Molding work shop . We have more than 4000 square meters for this BU .and aim for providing comprehensive

service for your next projects .

Besides , JC Rapid invest more imported machines ( high precision) from Japan , such as FANUC , MAKINO & SODICK ).

All work shops that we have are clean and anrranged with 5S management . well-trained employees and experienced masters who have been

Year 2002 , Shenzhen JC Design Office Founded at Xixiang Shenzhen Baoan district .

Year 2004 , JC Rapid Prototyping workshop established , and were working on Cell phone prototyping , serve local design companies dedicatedly .

Year 2005 , Changed Name to be Shenzhen JC Rapid Prototype Factory . focus on CNC prototying . Vacuum casting .

Year 2006 , Starting on Rapid tooling . Steel rapid toolroom set up . focus on low-volume rapid tooling for small batch production

Year 2008 , Moved from Xixiang to Shajing Town Shenzhen , expanded to be 2000 square meters factory floor , expanded toolroom and injection

Year 2009 , Change business strategy to foreign market , seting up oversea marketing team , and expanded CNC workshop

Year 2010 , Expanded one more building floor for CNC machining . Mold and injection molding devision & CNC machining devision

Year 2010, ISO certified , and improvement for fatory floors .

Year 2012, Expanded team for oversea marketing and engineering . specialized in Australian and Japanese markets .

Year 2014 , TS16949 certified , and expand market to US area . change business concentration to EU and US market . maintaining Au and Japan .

Year 2016 , ISO 13485 and FDA certified . more business growth in US and EU market . factory floors expanded to 5500 square meters .

Year 2018 , Continue to structurize company management , clean fatory floors and tidy working offices . raise customer safisfaction with

mass production on our own , while making exported molds by 30% and shipped overseas client’s molding factory .Mainly Auto Interior & Structural

Medical Equipment parts and clean parts , Home Electrical parts .
