This fiber‑optic gyroscope is an inertial angular‑rate sensor based on the Sagnac effect, which measures the carrier’s rotational angular velocity along the sensitive axis. Equipped with a digital closed‑loop detection circuit, it captures the optical path difference of counter‑propagating light inside the fiber coil induced by external rotation. The optical‑path‑difference signal is converted into voltage signal, followed by signal modulation‑demodulation and closed‑loop feedback control, to realize high‑precision real‑time angular‑rate detection.
Function Composed of an optical angular‑rate sensing unit and a signal detection unit, the product outputs angle increment data and internal temperature information.
Application Areas It is widely used for gimbal stabilization, aerial platforms, transporters, inertial navigation, inertial measurement systems, optoelectronic and photographic instruments, and other inertial measurement equipment.
