10 bar electric power easy move portable screw air compressor for construction works

The mian engine of the screw air compressor consists of rotor, cylinder,bearing and shaft seal. The efficiency of the screw air compressor depends on the rotor,also the life of the screw air compressor depends on the bearing and the shaft seal.Only Silk can produce a whole pedigree of rotor in the world and the diameter of 220kw rotor can reach 386cm. The bearing of screw air coompressor generally use SKF ,and low speed,the bearing no extra force the worklife of the screw air compressor will be longer Silk compressor's rotor is direct driven,no speed gear,lower speed,higher eficiency.So the worklife of Silk compressor is longer than other brand compressor. Silk compressor can continue to provide stable and eflcient power for the mechanical equipment and support the equipment at g high speed and stability.

THE DESIGN FEATURES OF KADY ELECTRIC AIR COMPRESSOR

1. Our single-stage rotary screw airend and rotor is large which allows for bigger bearings, 30%~50% slower rotor speeds results in less power consumption or noise or maintenance cost.

2. One piece bearing housing ensures both rotors are held by the bearings in proper alignment during transient periods such as machine startups/shutdowns or load changes.

3. All of our air compressors have the latest inlet valve, airend air discharge port and oil inlet port design.

4. Lower sound emission level than most of our competitors results in less sound pollution.

5. The axial and rotational loading are supported by different bearings for better stiffness and less transition noise.

6. Simple package design requires only minimum maintenance for optimum performance. Continuous cooling and circulation of lubrication oil, ensures long airend operation life.
