Introduction

ANDRITZ single-stage centrifugal pumps from the ACP are available in a highly wear-resistant, open impeller design. Thanks to their low axial thrust and open channels, these pumps are suitable for conveying many different media. Depending on the impeller design, they can convey slightly contaminated and contaminated media with some solids and content with consistencies of up to 8%. Maintainance

1. ‌Clean the pump body and impeller regularly: It is easy for debris and dirt to accumulate inside the pump body and impeller, affecting the flow rate and head of the pump. Therefore, it is necessary to clean it regularly to avoid affecting the performance of the pump.
2. ‌Check the bearings and seals: Bearings and seals are key components of centrifugal pumps. They need to be checked regularly for wear or damage and replaced in time.
3. ‌Check the direction of the motor by jogging: Before starting the motor, jog the pump motor to check whether the direction is correct.
4. ‌Replace the sealing ring: After long-term use, the gap between the impeller and the sealing ring may increase, resulting in a decrease in flow and efficiency, and the sealing ring needs to be replaced.
5. ‌Lubricant management: For bearings using lubricants, it is necessary to regularly observe whether the oil level is within the marked range and replace the lubricant regularly. For bearings using grease, the grease needs to be replaced after a certain number of working hours.
