Characteristic

Carbon steel elbow is made of three kinds. Hot push molding is used in elbow production. It requires propellers, core molds and heating equipment. Heat the finished tube core and push it into the mold. After forming, the method has the advantages of fast production speed and suitable for mass production, and the elbow made has beautiful appearance and relatively uniform thickness.

The elbow formed by stamping is often used in production. According to different data, cold pressing or hot pressing can be selected. Put the tube blank into the external mold. After the combination of the upper die and the lower die, they are pushed by the press. The billet moves along the gap between the inner mold and the outer mold to end the forming process.

Welding forming is to weld two parts of steel plate together. The elbow made in this way will have two welds, so it is necessary to test the welds and meet the standard.
