Description: Polyurethane elastomeric is a new polymer synthetic material between rubber and plastic, combining the high strength of plastic with the high elasticity of rubber.

- Wide hardness range: Shore A10-D80 while maintaining rubber-like elongation and resilience
- High strength: Superior tensile strength, tear strength, and load capacity compared to rubber; better impact and flexural strength than plastics at high hardness
- Exceptional wear resistance: 0.01-0.10cm³/1.61km range, approximately 3-5 times better than rubber materials
- Oil resistant: Low affinity with non-polar mineral oils, minimal erosion in fuel and mechanical oils
- Excellent oxygen and ozone resistance
- Superior vibration absorption: Effective damping and buffering properties, suitable replacement for rubber and springs in mold manufacturing
- Good low temperature performance
- Radiation resistant: Maintains satisfactory performance at 10-10 deg radiation dose

Our polyurethane and rubber couplings are manufactured through injection molding using high-quality TPU material or molded CSM/SBR. Specifically designed for various metal shaft couplings, they offer outstanding performance including high tensile strength, wear resistance, elastic resilience, water and oil resistance, excellent fatigue resilience, and high impact resistance.
