Product Overview

Nylon rod, PA6 rod, plastic rod made with 100% virgin nylon PA6 material.

Our nylon rod, PA6 rod is extruded and moulded with 100% virgin nylon PA6. Recognized as the most widely used engineering plastic in the current market, PA6 offers exceptional performance characteristics including high toughness even at low temperatures, superior surface hardness, mechanical shock resistance, and excellent abrasion resistance.

Combined with these mechanical properties and good insulation and chemical resistance, PA6 has become a common-grade material widely used in various mechanical structures and spare parts. Compared to PA6, PA66 offers higher hardness, rigidity, and better resistance to wear and heat deflection temperature.

Applications

Ideal for bearings, gears, wheels, roller shafts, water pump impellers, fan blades, oil delivery pipes, oil storage pipes, ropes, fishing nets, and transformer coils.
