This machine is suitable for rotary granulation of cylindrical long strips in chemical, pesticide, food, pharmaceutical and other industries. The powdered material must have a certain viscosity after adding the binder (water).

Compared with the traditional rotary granulator, this machine has more advanced functions and wider application range. It has low calorific value in continuous production, only half of the traditional granulator, especially for the heat-sensitive materials.

Rotary extruder granulator structure principle

1. The composition of this machine mainly includes: adding hopper, cooling system, pressing knife, granulating knife, screen frame, discharge tray, whole grain system, transmission system, electrical system and so on.

2. The mechanical transmission components are placed inside. The European and American transmission technology and advanced design make the machine run smoothly, and the noise during operation is as low as 70 decibels.

3. The machine is equipped with a water cooling system in the hopper, which effectively reduces the temperature generated by the rotating friction of the material in the hopper before granulation.

4. The granulating system of this machine is different from the traditional rotary granulator. When the granulating knife is working, the speed of the pressing knives can be adjusted separately or stopped, and the applicability is wider.

5. This machine is equipped with water cooling and air cooling device. The gas sealing device can double protect the equipment. A more reasonable construction ensures that the reducer is not damaged even if the rotary shaft seal is damaged.

6. The machine can also perform stepless speed regulation on the discharge speed and the whole grain speed respectively, and the particle length is uniform.

7. This machine adopts a split screen screen, and one set of nets is two pieces. It is more convenient and quick to disassemble and replace the screen net with new type of net structure. The screen has small deformation in production and the service life is significantly increased compared with the traditional screen. Greatly reduce production costs, reduce labor intensity and increase production efficiency
