Installation & Operation Instructions
Thrust Characteristics
Thrust varies with bellow height - increasing height decreases thrust. Before installation, carefully inspect for transport or storage damage. Do not inflate until properly secured.
Clearance Requirements
  • Maintain adequate clearance around the air bellow
  • Use full surface of metal parts to bear forces
  • Equip air bellows with lateral guides
  • Fully deflate before removal
  • Avoid constant contact with hydraulic oil, lubricants, solvents, metal cuttings, and welding sparks
  • Contact AIRSUSTECH for applications involving special media, specifying medium, temperature, and concentration
Mechanical Stops
Use mechanical stops at both end positions to prevent damage during compression or extension.
