The SUNTECHMACH STT50 pipe threader is a compact, high-performance pipe threading machine that will thread, cut and ream up to the 2-inch pipe. This pipe threading machine comes with an automatic self-opening die head and a through-head oiling system, and is ideal for on-site threading work of steel pipe and black steel pipe repairs, pipeline construction, as well as sanitary and heating installations. It is built with a full cast aluminum body that will not deform like steel after long use, a HT-400 ductile iron die head, gears processed by a thermal refining craft, a full copper motor with thicker wire, a heavy duty pipe cutter assembly and solid bar slide rods.

Operation Guide

1. Lift the pipe cutter, die head and reamer; pour the threading oil into the tray.
2. Insert the steel pipe and tighten the rear chuck, then use the hammer chuck to tighten the front chuck so the pipe is held tightly.
3. Adjust the threading gauge to set the threading length for the pipe diameter.
4. Insert the dies into the die head according to the figure 1, 2, 3, 4 marks; set the pipe diameter distance on the measurement plate and lock the die head.
5. Turn on the machine and swing the handle to let the die head approach the pipe end; the die head opens automatically when threading is done.
6. Use the reamer to chamfer the pipe end inner side and the pipe cutter to cut the pipe.
