Precision Filter Meshes are manufactured using advanced photo chemical etching technology, providing burr-free edges, accurate apertures and excellent dimensional consistency. Compared with woven meshes or laser cutting, chemical etching enables highly complex hole patterns without mechanical stress or deformation.

Our custom metal filter meshes are widely used in industrial filtration, medical devices, automotive systems, fuel cells, electronics, aerospace, laboratory equipment and fluid control applications.

What is Etching?
Metal etching is a precise, subtractive manufacturing process that uses controlled chemistry to selectively remove material from metal sheets. It produces clean, burr-free parts with complex geometries without heat or mechanical stress, ideal for delicate and high-tolerance parts.

Q2: What is the smallest hole size you can achieve?
A: We can manufacture holes as small as 0.03mm (30 microns) in diameter, depending on the material thickness.
