Compared with traditional stamping or laser cutting, chemical etching creates burr-free, stress-free metal encoder discs with extremely fine line patterns and excellent dimensional accuracy. Our etched encoder discs are widely used in optical encoders, rotary encoders, servo motors, robotics, industrial automation, semiconductor equipment and precision positioning systems where reliable signal accuracy is essential.
Photo chemical etching allows the production of ultra-fine encoder patterns without burrs or mechanical stress, making it ideal for high-resolution encoder applications requiring excellent dimensional accuracy.
Compared with laser cutting or stamping, photo etching provides cleaner edges, tighter tolerances and better pattern consistency, especially for thin metal encoder discs.
