Our stainless steel micro-hole spray plates provide excellent water distribution, uniform spray patterns and burr-free edges. Compared with laser cutting or mechanical drilling, chemical etching delivers higher hole accuracy without thermal deformation.

Manufacturing Process
Each shower head is crafted through a precision metal etching process. This photochemical machining technique allows us to etch intricate designs and ultra-fine holes into high-grade stainless steel with exceptional accuracy. The process involves cleaning, laminating with a photoresist, exposure to UV light through a precise pattern, developing, etching, and finally stripping and finishing. This method guarantees no mechanical stress or burrs, preserving the material's integrity and enabling complex designs impossible with traditional punching or drilling.
