Automatic Spring Mounting Machine for oil seal.

This machine is used for mounting spring on the oil seal automatically, it can mount spring on one side of the oil seal, it can also mount springs on both sides of the oil seal. At the same time this machine has the function of quantitative filling of grease, and this machine has the function of detecting unqualified product ,if one oil seal, the spring is not mounted or not mounted properly,it will be detected and screened out.

Application scope for the oil seal:

outer diameter of oil seal: 12~50mm

thickness of oil seal:≤20mm

Production capacity: 14~16 PCS/min

Control system: PLC+ touch screen control

Operation status display mode: touch screen, display alarm/required parameter setting and monitoring.

Operation mode: touch screen preset and adjust operating parameters; mechanical knob, single action control button, with manual / automatic working mode to select debugging function.

Power supply: single phase,220V/50HZ (sepcial voltage can be customized.)

Pressusre of compressed air supply: 0.4~0.6 Mpa

Height of working table above ground: 800±50mm, the height of the base can be adjusted, and the anti-vibration foot with self-aligning screw can be adjusted within ±50 mm.
