Main features for rubber transfer vulcaning machine:

  • Clamping mold before curing, then press rubber into mold cavities evenly, ensure the finished products with very less flash and well-distributed physical properties ,high qualification rate..
  • Advanced structural design and advanced material handling technology, with minimum gap and not adhering to cylinder.
  • No remaining material in barrel, reduce material waste, convenient material changing and easy replacement of molds, ideal for small scale production.
  • The rubber tansfer molding vulcanizing machine is widely used, it can produce most kinds of of rubber with the max. hardness Shore 90 degrees .Preparing rubber blank is very easy, greatly shortening curing time.

Initial state →Program start →Ejector cylinder reset →Mold move in →Fast mold closing →Slow clamping,pressing →Feed material into barrel manually →Exhaust and do curing →mold open →Move out mold →Ejector cylinde works to separate products from mold →Take out the finished product
