1.Application: this mold is specially designed for butyl rubber sheet.

4.Structure: Rubber is feeded from rear side of the mold into mold, up side and down side are installed with temperature controller, the upper part adjustment screw to adjust the flow rate. Die plate fine adjustment, using worm adjustment, quickly adjust the thickness. Both sides using screw to adjust the width, the entire adjustment of the mold is easy and convenient.

5.Mold temperature controller: Power,6 KW, 2 sets;temperature control range: normal water temperature to 120 centigrade.
