The Rubber Extruder machine is widely used in rubber hose ,inner tube, rubber sheets,rubber seals,
tread rubber, and other rubber products' extrusion and formation.It also can be used to supply rubber
for calender.
We produce 2 types: hot feed rubber extruder and cold feed rubber extruder.

a. The screw is bored structure for temperature control.

b.The rotation of the threaded rotary joint is in the same direction of the screw rotation.

c.The screw is inspected by 10kg/cm2 water pressure for more than 1 hour, ensure no leakage.

Barrel and bushing:

a. pin type structure, axial drilling cooling

b. Number of pins: 10 rows, number of pins per row: 8 pins, material: 40Cr quenching

BBushing:

Feeding rollers: the structure owns National patent, patent no.: ZL 2007 2 0193084.0

A.Material:38CrMoALA, roll surface is nitrided, hardness≥HRC62,nitriding depth≥0.5mm

B.structure:

a. Internally circulated water, can be connected to the rotary joint:

b uses a fully enclosed structure.

c. Feed roller gear is made of 20CrMoTi material, surface charcoal treatment, carburizing

Both depths are 1.5mm

d. The feeding roller is driven by the output shaft of the reducer through the gear, and the speed ratio gear has sufficient strength and wear resistance.

e. The speed ratio gear is greased, and the feed roller bearing is greased.
