  FAQ

  Q1: What materials can your baler machine process? A: It is suitable for waste paper, carton, plastic film, PET bottles, straw, textile cloth, aluminum scrap, cans and other loose materials. Different models fit different materials. Please tell us your raw material so we can recommend the right model.

  Q2: Can I adjust the bale weight? A: Yes. Bale weight is affected by pressure, material density and feeding volume. You can adjust hydraulic pressure and feeding time. Custom bale size is available.

  Q3: Can the machine match our local voltage? A: Custom voltage is supported, such as 380V,415V,220V, 50Hz or 60Hz. We will configure motor and electric parts according to your local standard.

  Q4: Are your balers manual or fully automatic? A: Vertical balers are mostly semiautomatic. Horizontal balers have semiautomatic and fullyautomatic versions. Fullauto models have autofeeding and autotying for higher output.

  Q5: Is installation difficult? Do I need foundation bolts? A: Small vertical balers usually do not need anchor bolts, just place on flat ground. Large horizontal balers need simple concrete foundation. We supply installation manual and video, remote technical support is available.

  Q6: What is your warranty period? A: 12month warranty for whole machine. Wearparts are excluded. We provide online technical support and spare parts supply during warranty.

  Q7: What is your lead time? A: Standard models: 715 working days. Custom models: 1530 working days based on configurations.

  Q8: Do you accept OEM? Can we print our logo on machine? A: OEM & ODM are acceptable. Customer logo printing, custom color, compression chamber size and bale dimension are supported.

  Q9: What to do if machine breaks down? A: We provide English circuit diagram and operation manual. Online video troubleshooting, spare parts can be shipped by courier.

  Q10: What is the hourly output? A: Output depends on model and raw material. Small vertical baler: 0.52 tons per hour. Horizontal fullauto baler: 315 tons per hour.

  Q11: Can it be driven by diesel engine without electricity? A: Diesel engine version is optional for some models for sites without power supply. Please inform us before order.

  Q12: What certificates can you offer? A: CE certificate is available for most overseas customs clearance.
