Solar piles serve as the core support structure for solar panels, eliminating the need for traditional, time-consuming processes like excavation and concrete footing pouring. These pile systems can be configured to support single solar panels or large-scale panel arrays, streamlining photovoltaic project construction.
VIBRA’s excavator-mounted vibro hammer pile driver, especially the FV250 model, is tailored for solar panel installation projects. Its easy operation and fast piling process minimize labor input and shorten construction timelines, helping clients maximize project profits while reducing operational costs. Compatible with 20–60 ton excavators, this equipment is a reliable choice for large-scale solar energy infrastructure development.

The VIBRA hydraulic vibrating pile driver utilizes high-frequency vibration generated by a hydraulic motor, which is powered by the excavator’s hydraulic system. The motor drives two eccentric shafts to rotate at high speed in opposite directions.
Horizontal vibration forces produced by the eccentric shafts cancel each other out, while vertical forces superimpose to form strong vertical-frequency vibrations. These vibrations are transferred to the solar pile, liquefying the surrounding soil and breaking its structure to reduce friction. This allows the excavator to smoothly drive the pile into the ground, completing solar panel foundation construction efficiently.
