Production Line

Controlled Production for Stable Motor Quality

Trustec Motors manages each production step with a focus on consistency, reliability, and repeatable quality.

Our production process covers incoming material inspection, stator winding, insulation treatment, rotor assembly, motor assembly, wiring connection, controller integration, final testing, packing, and shipment.

Each motor is produced according to customer drawings, samples, technical specifications, or application requirements. This allows us to support HVAC OEM customers, replacement motor programs, and customized motor projects with stable production capability.

Key Production Processes

Incoming Material Inspection

Quality starts before production. Key materials and components are checked before entering the production line, including stator cores, rotors, shafts, bearings, insulation materials, capacitors, controllers, wires, labels, and packaging materials.

Stator Winding & Insulation

Stator winding is one of the most important processes in motor manufacturing. We follow controlled winding, insulation, binding, and varnishing processes to support stable electrical performance and long-term motor reliability.

Motor Assembly

Our assembly process covers rotor installation, bearing fitting, end shield assembly, wiring connection, capacitor or controller installation, and final structure checking.

Testing & Quality Control

Every motor is tested before shipment. Our inspection process covers electrical performance, rotation direction, speed, current, insulation resistance, dielectric strength, noise, vibration, and appearance inspection.

Packing & Shipment

Finished motors are packed according to export requirements and customer specifications. We support standard export cartons, pallet packing, private-label packaging, customized labels, and international shipment documentation
