This Litz wire consists of 7 strands of 0.290mm polyurethane enameled copper wire with 155°C F-class temperature resistance. The stranded structure reduces high-frequency skin effect to lower power loss and heat generation. It features consistent insulation and stable conductivity for smooth winding and long-term stable operation. PN400B large bobbins are available to reduce waste from frequent reel changes and improve material utilization.

Suitable for high-frequency inductors, transformer coils, power inductors, electromagnetic coils, motor windings and various conventional precision electronic winding components.
A1: Ultra-multi-strand design minimizes high-frequency impedance loss, greatly improves coil efficiency and Q value, ideal for professional high-frequency equipment.
A2: Yes. Remove outer silk layer first, then the PU enamel can be directly soldered with fast and firm welding effect.
A3: Custom strand count, wire diameter, stranding direction and packaging are supported for prototype and mass production.
