Description

Overview

This thermally self-bonding solderable polyurethane enameled round copper wire consists of uniform polyurethane primary insulation and an outer heat-activated self-adhesive layer. The wire features reliable dielectric strength, outstanding resistance to thermal shock and softening breakdown, and stable long-term heat resistance. Its core advantage is direct solderability: the polyurethane enamel can be melted off quickly during soldering without mechanical stripping, greatly simplifying coil terminal processing. After heating, the outer self-bond coating melts and firmly adheres adjacent wires together to lock the coil shape without additional fixing fixtures. The finished outer diameter is controlled within tight tolerances, paired with a smooth low-friction surface to support stable high-speed automatic winding.
