SS304 Automatic Inner Scraper Self-Cleaning Filter
Introduction
Internal scraping self-cleaning filter blends modern technology with simplicity to provide a versatilemethod of filtering your process fluids.
The filter can be set up for fully or semi-automated or manual operation.
Working Principle
Liquid enters the filter body from inlet and flows through the filter element from inside to outside.Impurity is collected on the internal surface of the wedge wire element.The reducer motor drives scraper blade to remove the impurity continously. Cleaning takes place without interruption to flow by the rotation of the element against fixed scraper blades.
The impurity accumulated during rotation is deposited into the bottom of the filter body from where it can be periodically discharged automatically via the drain outlet.
