Working Principle For Advanced Self-Cleaning Scraper Filter For Industrial Water Systems
1)Automatic Cleaning —Mode 1 (Timed Cycle)
Motor:Operates and stops according to a preset schedule.When running,the motor drives the shaft to rotate,allowing the scraper to remove impurities accumulated on the filter cartridge .After the set running time is reached,the motor stops working.After the preset stopping time is reached,the motor starts running again .This cycle continues automatically.
Drain Valve:Opens and closes according to preset schedule; The loop control is identical to the motor loop control.
2)Automatic Cleaning —Mode 2 (Differential Pressure Start)
The device is equipped with pressure sensors at both the inlet and outlet to monitor the inlet pressure and outlet pressure.When the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet reaches the preset value,the device automatically transitions from the circulation state of Mode 1 to this mode;the motor activates, and the discharge process begins immediately.
3)Manual Cleaning:
The operating status of the motor and drain valve is controlled entirely via manual switches by worker.
