This all-aluminum sandwich panel adopts a three-layer composite structure: upper & lower aluminum alloy skins + aluminum hexagonal honeycomb core, bonded by high-strength environmental epoxy adhesive via hot-press integration. The honeycomb structure borrows aerospace load-bearing design, realizing high strength with only 30% weight of solid aluminum plates.
