I.Producation Overview
Groundwater in many areas across the country contains 5~15mg/L of iron, as high as 20~39mg/L, and 0.5~2.0mg/L of manganese, even exceeding 2.0mg/L. The groundwater with excessive iron exists in the state of Fe2+, so when it is first pumped, the water quality is clear and clean, but it has an iron smell. After a long time, the water quality becomes turbid. Fe2 + extremely easy pollutes the ion exchange resin, poisons the resin and reduces the exchange capacity.
Fe2+ causes the reverse osmosis membrane to be polluted and failure. When the iron-containing water is used as the boiler make-up water, it is easy to scale, which not only affects the heat transfer, but also easily causes pipe wall corrosion. When the iron content in the cooling water exceeds 0.5mg/L, it will promote the reproduction of iron bacteria, and the produced slime will not only block the pipeline, but also accelerate the corrosion of the equipment. The iron and manganese filter integrates the processes of oxidation, ion replacement, interception and clarification, and makes a reasonable design process according to the customer's water quality to achieve reliable and stable effects.
