01 Product Overview High-purity hydrogen generation from pure water

The PGH series hydrogen generator adopts solid polymer electrolyte (SPE) hydrogen production technology, using pure water as the electrolyte. High-purity hydrogen is generated by electrolysis through titanium metal electrodes, with a relative oxygen content of less than 0.1 ppm. The hydrogen is then separated from water, dried and purified before output.

Its core advantages include stable pressure with fluctuation below 0.001 MPa, on-demand hydrogen production, and no alkaline solution addition. The system is suitable for laboratory, medical and industrial applications.

  • One-touch operation: press the power switch to start hydrogen production; supports continuous or intermittent operation.
  • Accurate monitoring: high-brightness LED digital display shows real-time flow rate with ±1 mL accuracy and pressure values.
  • Pressure self-adaptation: when pressure reaches the preset value (for example, 0.4 MPa), the system automatically adjusts gas production to keep output pressure fluctuation ≤ 0.001 MPa.
