Product Overview

The HZBTC-IV Transformer Capacity Tester is an upgraded model developed by our R&D team on the basis of the original Division I transformer capacity tester. It retains the compact size, simple operation, and ease of use of the original instrument while delivering a comprehensive upgrade to the internal processor, data acquisition system, and national standard data. As a result, the instrument now covers a wider range of applications with higher test precision.

The transformer capacity characteristic tester integrates transformer capacity measurement, transformer no-load loss, transformer load loss and code level determination, and electrical parameter measurement. It features a built-in high-efficiency rechargeable battery, allowing operation without an external power supply. A full charge supports more than 200 consecutive transformer measurements. In addition, the instrument provides a three-phase precision 50 Hz sine wave AC test power supply, so measuring transformer capacity and load loss requires no external three-phase test power supply, regulator, booster, or other auxiliary equipment — greatly improving work efficiency.

This product offers many advantages, including small size, light weight, high measurement accuracy, good stability, and simple operation. It can completely replace the traditional multi-meter method for measuring transformer loss and capacity, with simpler wiring and more convenient testing and recording, significantly improving your work efficiency.

Product Features
1.Adopts an ARM + FPGA + ADC architecture with the RT-Thread real-time operating system, making the instrument system more robust and the measurement accuracy higher.
2.7-inch color high-brightness LCD with an icon touch interface and a full English menu.
3.Comprehensive electronic help: every operation includes a wiring diagram and text description, making operation intuitive and simple.
4.Built-in large-capacity memory stores up to 1,000 groups of test data. USB port communication allows field test data to be saved and, on request, uploaded to a PC.
5.Integrates mainstream wired (RS232) and wireless communication (Bluetooth, WIFI) functions for easy data upload and remote control.
6.Supports program remote upgrade, allowing the instrument program to be upgraded remotely according to customer requirements.
7.Real-time voltage channel and current channel waveform display can be observed on every test interface.
8.Real-time display of voltage, current, frequency, power factor, active power, reactive power, and apparent power of the test circuit through a single interface, facilitating judgment of field wiring.
9.All test results are automatically corrected. Simply enter the relevant parameters (such as temperature and no-load correction factor) to make the test results more accurate.
10.For transformer characteristics measurement, the maximum voltage range reaches 1000 V and the maximum current range reaches 100 A, with a built-in protection circuit — no need to worry about wrong gear selection damaging the instrument.
11.For transformer characteristics testing, the voltage and current ranges are highly flexible and easy to expand. Simply connect an external voltage transformer or current transformer to greatly widen the instrument's test range.
