The HZBTC-IV Transformer Capacity Characterization Tester is an upgraded model developed by our R&D team on the basis of the original Division I transformer capacity tester. It retains the original instrument's compact size, simple operation, and ease of use, while comprehensively upgrading the internal processor, data acquisition system, and national standard data — enabling a wider range of applications with higher test precision.
The instrument covers transformer capacity, transformer no-load loss, transformer load loss and code level determination, as well as electrical parameter measurement. It features a built-in high-efficiency rechargeable battery that allows operation without an external power supply, and can be fully recharged for more than 200 consecutive transformer measurements. In addition, it provides a three-phase precision 50 Hz sine wave AC test power supply, so measuring transformer capacity and load loss requires no external three-phase test power supply, regulator, booster, or other auxiliary equipment — greatly improving work efficiency.
With advantages such as small size, light weight, high measurement accuracy, good stability, and simple operation, this product can completely replace the previous multi-meter method of measuring transformer loss and capacity. Wiring is simpler, testing and recording are more convenient, and work efficiency is significantly improved.
