1. Flexible structure and compact volume: The CNC fiber laser cutting machine does not change due to vibration or temperature changes. The structure is more compact, lightweight and more convenient to carry. Due to the advantages of volume and structure, the fiber laser can better meet the needs of different occasions;
2. Flexible and controllable band: The operating band of fiber laser is far more than that of solid-state laser, so it is easier to customize the spectrum so that the energy is concentrated in one or more spectral lines, and the spectrum shape and envelope are more flexible and controllable;
3. More flexible switching: Fiber laser integration is relatively high, and it is easier to realize the adjustment and control of frequency, polarization, and phase, so as to realize different functions;
4. Continuous wave mode: Using continuous wave fiber laser as the pump source can improve the service life of the system and achieve stable mid-infrared laser output.
Very important: The power supply must have a reliable grounding and a separate grounding wire. If the power supply does not have a grounding wire, the production cannot be started to avoid static electricity damage to the machine. The grounding resistance is not more than 4 ohms to ensure the safety of personnel.
A. The power supply requires three-phase 380V±5%, 120A or more; (If the customer's power supply is unstable, a three-phase 380 voltage stabilizer of 160KVA or more must be installed.)
B. A three-phase air switch above 160A should be installed at the input end of the regulated power supply, and the main air switch should be 160-200A.
C. Air (or nitrogen) for cutting with a pressure of not less than 2.0MPa must be a pure gas that has been cold-dried and filtered otherwise, it will damage the lens of the cutting head and affect the quality and effect of cutting.
