Usage
1. Prepare suitable foot bath equipment: Choose a foot bath tub with sufficient depth and appropriate size, preferably above the ankle, to ensure that the feet and calves can be fully immersed in water.
2. Mixing water temperature and foot bath powder: First, pour an appropriate amount of hot water into the foot bath tub, with the water temperature controlled at around 40 ℃ -45 ℃. Then, according to the size and instructions of the foot bath tub, take an appropriate amount of foot bath powder and pour it into the water, stir evenly, and dissolve the powder completely.
3. Start foot bath: Soak your feet in pre prepared water for 15-30 minutes. During the soaking process, you can gently rub the pelvic floor with your feet or massage the acupoints on your feet, such as Yongquan and Taixi, to enhance the foot bath effect.
4. End foot bath: After the foot bath, dry your feet with a clean towel, keep warm, and avoid catching a cold.
