HD-128-MC/FC are 128-position ultra-high-density crimp inserts designed for industrial applications with complex wiring requirements. With 128 contacts integrated into a compact connection system, they help accommodate more circuits while keeping equipment wiring organized and space-efficient.

The inserts use crimp termination and are available in male and female versions, making them suitable for high-density power, control and signal connections. The HD-128-MC/FC is designed for use with 48B hoods and housings.

Crimping Termination
128-Position Ultra-High Density Crimp Inserts

The HD-128-MC/FC uses a crimp connection method, allowing individual wires to be securely terminated to the contacts without soldering. Crimp contacts can also be replaced when necessary, making the system easier to assemble, maintain and service.

For the 10A contact system, compatible wire sizes range from 0.14 to 2.5 mm², according to published technical data.
