The HD-040-MC and HD-040-FC are 40-pin high-density ferrules from the Haoke HD series, available in male and female configurations. Designed for use with 16A housings, these connectors are rated for 10A current and 250V voltage, making them ideal for multi-channel signal transmission applications.
This model utilizes cold-press connection technology, requiring specialized cold-press pliers for installation. During wiring, the cold-press pins are first crimped onto the wire before insertion into the ferrule. While this involves an additional pressing step compared to spring contacts, it provides superior connection reliability.
