●Product Overview

The SR22H-C6 is a 22-ton full hydraulic single-drum vibratory roller built on the new-generation C6 platform. It is suitable for working conditions such as highway subgrades, cement-stabilized soil layers, earth-rock fills, dams, airports and site backfilling. Adopting dual-frequency and dual-amplitude design, it can handle compaction of soil, sand & gravel and asphalt base courses, making it a primary workhorse for construction projects.

1. Power and Hydraulic System

· Equipped with Weichai WP6 China Stage II electronically controlled engine, delivering strong power and excellent fuel economy.

· Adopts Linde closed-loop vibratory hydraulic circuit for fast vibration response, low impact and stable performance under heavy loads. The full-hydraulic travel system provides stepless speed regulation and smooth operation.

· The vibratory drum features Shantui patented "3-in-1" structure, offering superior compaction flatness, strong deformation resistance and high bearing reliability.

2. Cab & Operation Experience

· A-pillar-free cab with panoramic wide view and spacious interior; overhead air conditioner with fresh air ventilation function.

· Three-stage vibration isolation reduces vibration transmission for fatigue-free long-hour operation; noise at operator’s ear ＜80dB.

· Ergonomic joystick integrates travel direction change and vibration start/stop for simple operation. Standard rear-view camera and 6 LED work lamps ensure safe night construction.

· Light steering with 7 steering turns, low steering force and flexible turning performance.

3. Maintenance Design

· Optimized layout of engine and hydraulic components, with centrally arranged filter elements. External oil and water drain ports plus large opening angle of service cover facilitate convenient daily maintenance.

· Towing hooks fitted at front and rear for easy towing in case of breakdown. Humanized configurations including water level sight glass and cup holder are provided.

4. Compaction Performance

Dual-frequency & Dual-amplitude:

· High amplitude (2.0 mm, low frequency 29 Hz): suitable for compaction of thick soil layers, sand & gravel and subgrade fills.

· Low amplitude (1.0 mm, high frequency 35 Hz): suitable for compaction of cement-stabilized soil layers, thin subgrade layers and asphalt base courses.
