A Floating Head Heat Exchanger is an advanced shell and tube heat transfer equipment designed with a removable floating tube sheet structure, allowing the tube bundle to expand freely under high temperature conditions. This design effectively reduces thermal stress and provides excellent reliability for demanding industrial processes.

Compared with conventional fixed structures, floating head technology provides superior flexibility during thermal cycling operations.
