Beverage Forced Circulation Multiple Effect Evaporator
Designed for juice, tea, plant-based drinks, and functional beverages, Hanpu’s forced circulation MEE delivers high-throughput concentration with excellent flavor retention, low fouling, and reduced steam consumption. Hygienic construction (SS304/SS316L) and automated controls ensure consistent °Brix, clean condensate recovery, and stable operation for around-the-clock production.
Gentle but Powerful
High recirculation rates stabilize film temperature and avoid localized overheating—ideal for aroma- and color-sensitive beverages.
Low Fouling, Longer Runs
Uniform velocity in the tubes mitigates sugar/protein deposition and pulp carryover, extending the time between CIP cycles.
Energy Optimized
Multi-effect heat cascading improves steam economy; optional TVR boosts savings without sacrificing capacity.
Process Overview
- Feed preparation: Screening/straining, deaeration (optional), and plate preheating.
- Effect-1: Live steam heats the first effect; recirculation pump maintains high velocity through the bundle.
- Effects-2/3/4: Vapors from the previous effect serve as the heating medium in downstream effects to reduce fresh steam use.
- Condensation & vacuum: Surface condenser under vacuum recovers clean condensate; non-condensables are removed for stable operation.
- Quality control: Inline °Brix/density and temperature feedback regulate concentration and protect flavor compounds.
