1. Disassembly Line

Transmission Dismantling: Completely take apart automatic transmissions down to single‑piece components by our professional disassembly production line.

2. Cleaning Process

Initial Industrial Cleaning: Remove oil stains, carbon deposits and dirt by ultrasonic and high‑pressure washing equipment.

3. Component Inspection & Testing

Solenoid Valve Testing: Test each solenoid valve by dedicated testing bench, inspect electric signal response and oil flow performance.

4. Refurbishment
